Avery Mason, DPM
Dr. Avery Mason was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. He attended Wartburg College and played football there. He then went on to medical school at Des Moines University and graduated with Pi Delta Honors. He attended Ascension St. John residency program in Detroit, Michigan where he was well trained on advanced foot and ankle surgery. He is excited to move back closer to home and to serve the Hastings and surrounding communities. During his free time, he enjoys spending time at the lake, smoking delicious food, and hanging with his wife, two children, and dog.
Dr. Brady Webb, DPM
2025-2026 Fellow
Dr. Brady Webb, a native of Cedar Hills, Utah, pursued his undergraduate education at Utah Valley University. He then attended Barry University for medical school, where he graduated with Pi Delta Honors. Dr. Webb completed his residency at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, New York, gaining extensive training in advanced foot and ankle surgery. He is enthusiastic about serving the Hastings community and its surrounding areas. In his leisure time, Dr. Webb enjoys watching and playing sports, fishing and spending quality time with his wife and two children.

ABOUT THE FELLOWSHIP
The PR Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship presents a comprehensive one-year advanced surgical training program tailored for Doctors of Podiatric Medicine who have successfully completed an accredited residency. Under the guidance of respected attending physicians such as Dr. David Waters and Dr. Joshua Wray, our fellows engage in an immersive experience aimed at honing advanced foot and ankle surgical skills.
This elective year of additional training is specifically crafted for DPMs committed to advancing both patient care and surgical expertise to the highest standards. The fellowship places a primary emphasis on reconstructive surgery, providing training in areas such as Total Ankle Replacements, 3D Printed Custom Implants, Scopes, and more. In addition to surgical proficiency, fellows also undergo specialized training in clinical settings, covering aspects such as patient care, clinic scheduling optimization, and advanced billing and coding.
